Matt joined Abacus in 2015 as a Consultant and after spending several years managing our largest account, he was promoted to Branch Manager of our Andover office in 2020, he is now also responsible for our Salisbury office. Nothing is too much trouble for Matt. His caring attitude towards his staff and passion for providing an honest service for his clients and candidates has seen the office go from strength to strength. They are regarded as the ‘Go To’ agency in Andover and Salisbury if you are looking for Industrial or Distribution work. Prior to Abacus Matt studied Product Design at University and worked for a year within the Product Design industry.
