Production Administrator
Abacus Employment are currently recruiting for a Production administrator to work in a local based company on the outskirts of Andover.
What is the Role?
As a Production Administrator you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the production team have everything they need to keep running smoothly.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager you will be working closely with the management team to monitor and record key safety and quality checks.
Tasks will include but not limited to
- Monitor permanent and agency staffs', training and hours through the TMS system.
- Produce worksheets for orders
- Coordinate stock to ensure stock is where it needs to be.
- Issue PPE and equipment to members of the team.
- Compile reports for the Plant Manager.
Salary
The Salary range is £26,000 to £28,000 per annum.
Required skills / experience
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of excel
- Excellent organisational skills, allowing for multi tasking and prioritising of tasks.
Ideal skills / experience
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience working within the food industry
