We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join one of our clients on the outskirts of Stockbridge. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of goods within our warehouse environment.
Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm – No weekends
Starting salary of £28,000 with KPI Bonus potential of an additional £2,600pm.

Due to the location, you will need to have your own transport. The role will also involve covering some Van Driving Deliveries, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Due to insurance requirements, applicants must also be aged 25 or over.
Duties
Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensuring goods are handled and stored safely within the warehouse. Learning and using the company's new warehouse/computer system when introduced. Providing Van Driver holiday cover during designated periods of the year, delivering goods to customers. Working towards agreed KPIs and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Skills
Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar logistics roles Strong materials handling skills Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and order processing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load and unload tasks Excellent attention to detail for quality control and accurate order picking
