Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join our growing production team.
Working Monday - Friday, 0630-1600
- with one paid 30 minute break and two unpaid 15 minute breaks
This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products, operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
You will play an important part in ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and test products and components
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Carry out quality inspections and checks
- Prepare finished products for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow production processes and procedures accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
