Abacus Employment are seeking Production\Machine Operatives for our Manufacturing client in Newbury. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery
- Working to daily KPI targets
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential — full training is provided

Pay: £26,992 per year (based on £12.71 per hour + £0.60 attendance bonus, 39-hour week) Hourly rate: £13.31 p/h
Shift: Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00pm (13.00pm finish on a Friday)
