Abacus Employment are recruiting an Hygiene Operative to join the team of one of our client based in Andover.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established food production environment on a permanent PM shift.
Shift Details: 14:30 – 23:00 - Monday to Friday
The Role:
As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety within the factory. Your duties will include:
- Deep cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment
- Following strict hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Ensuring all areas meet hygiene and audit standards
- Working as part of a reliable and hardworking team
What They are Looking For:
- Previous hygiene or cleaning experience (food production preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Comfortable working in a factory environment
