HGV Class 1 Driver – Temp to Perm (Amesbury, Home Bargains)
Abacus Employment are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for temp-to-permanent positions based in Amesbury, delivering for Home Bargains.
Role Overview:
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering caged stock to 1–2 retail stores across the South of England. This is a structured role with consistent routes and hours.
Shift Pattern:
- Day shifts, starting between 4:00am – 6:00am
- 5 on / 3 off rota
- Average 44 hours per week
Salary:
- £49,832.64 per annum
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous HGV1 driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points on licence
Additional Information:
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent
