Abacus Employment are seeking Ground Maintenance Operatives in the Windsor area

MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND A DBS or willing to apply for one
Duties:-
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, strimming and edging lawns.
- Dig, Plant and maintain flower beds and gardens to ensure bivrant landscapes.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair
- Collaborate with tema members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Requirements:-
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is essential
- Proficient in usin ghand tools such as shovels, rakes and pruners
- Familiarity with power tools including lawnmowers, trimmers and blowers
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high quality work
- Physical stamina is required for lifting heavy materials and performing manual labour tasks
