Our client in Newbury is looking for a Weighbridge Operator to join their friendly team in Newbury.
We are looking for a responsible, reliable individual to operate the Weighbridge and ensure the safe control vehicles in and out of the yard.
Hours of work: Monday- Friday -07:30-16:00 (40 hours per week) Full time position.
Qualification: Must have GCSE Maths and English
Experience: 1 year Administration and Data Entry.
Skills:
- Punctual, polite, professional, and courteous towards customers.
- Safely control vehicles in and out of the yard, passing data onto the yard.
- Weighing material and producing the weighbridge tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Completion of Hazardous waste documentation and checking duty of care
paperwork.
- Matching reports and checking data.
- Liaise with the yard manager and our other sites regarding deliveries and collections.
- General tidiness of the office/ Weighbridge area to always ensure safe environment
