Abacus Employment Services are recruiting for a Production Operative role in Hungerford!
Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to the following:
- Operating a Digicon finishing machine.
- Product inspection checks.
- Prioritising workload with the team.
- Basic administrative work including data entry
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong diligence.
- A good understanding mechanical of machines such as: Digicon Lite, Digicon Series 2, Digicon Series 3 & Digicon Series 4.
- Able to understand and follow clear work instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
- Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required.
- Ability to effectively manage your own workload.
- Effective time management skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
- Experience within a print finishing environment is desired.
- Preferred 1 years’ experience working in a print finishing environment.

£24,000 – £26,000 per annum
40 Hours a week
Monday to Friday
Early shift 6am – 2pm, late shift 2pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm – 6pm Fridays
