Key Skills

This is a new role and the successful applicant will be given a great deal of autonomy to create a professional and powerful digital footprint of our company to help raise brand awareness and to reach out to our target audience.

Salary Range: £27,000 to £34,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Abacus Employment for a well-known Multi Client Wholesale Distribution Centre in the Andover area.

The role of a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be loading and unloading, moving pallets/stock and replenishment.

You must hold valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT  licences, experience with a T20 pallet truck is desirable but not essential

Set shifts:

Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1630 Friday 0800 – 1530 (annualised hours scheme)

(Covid hours 0600 -1330)

Abacus Employment are looking for Industrial production operatives to join an essential business that supply companies with equipment to protect against Coronavirus.

We are looking for candidates to work on a full time basis, Monday-Friday every week, there are two shifts available as below:

Days

Monday-Friday 0700-1515

Lates

Monday – Thursday 1500-0000

Friday 1500-1900

Duties include but no limited to:

  • -Production line
  • -Moving products and materials for production
  • -Picking & Packing orders
  • -Wrapping and packaging goods for distribution
  • -General Industrial Labour
  • Hourly rate of £9.50.
  • Previous production experience is highly desired.

Abacus Employment Agency require Essential Picker and Packers to work in central Gillingham, Dorset. Picking and packing includes a variety of roles:

  • Accurately pick customer orders
  • Preparing and packing customer orders ensuring they are correct
  • Prepare, pack and wrap items for courier collection
  • Clearing areas of workspace

The warehouse environment is fast paced which requires attention to detail and an ability to work amongst a team.

Drivers Mate

Due to continued growth, Abacus are recruiting for  a full time Drivers Mate.

PAY: £8.72 – £9.88

The main responsibilities are;

  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Assist the driver to make multiple deliveries daily
  • Work with the delivery and warehouse teams to load and unload furniture onto our modern fleet of vehicles
  • Carefully install furniture into homes, preserving the quality of our products and surrounding decor
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Co-ordinate deliveries to a schedule

We have full time and part time roles currently available.

You must have the following;

  • High customer service skills
  • Experience in a previous role
  • Can do attitude
  • Willingness to learn
