Your earning opportunity
You'll receive a £25,000 basic salary plus a performance-related bonus linked to branch success with no upper limit on the bonus you can earn. And there's a real opportunity to grow!
Our Andover branch already has an established client base and reputation, but there is also a significant untapped market in the immediate area.

What will you actually be doing?
No two days in recruitment are quite the same! You'll be speaking to businesses, getting to know what they need, finding great candidates, solving problems and building relationships that keep clients coming back to Abacus.
As you develop, you'll also be identifying and approaching potential new clients and building your own relationships within the local market.
Your role will include:
- Building relationships with existing Abacus clients
- Developing new business across Andover and the surrounding area
- Speaking with candidates and understanding what they're looking for
- Matching the right people with the right opportunities
- Managing client requirements and delivering a great service
- Making outbound calls and introducing Abacus to prospective clients
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Working with the wider branch team to grow branch performance
You'll be given support, but you'll also have the opportunity to make the role your own.
Who are we looking for?
Recruitment experience is welcome – but it isn't everything. We're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential.
You could currently be working in recruitment, sales, account management, customer service, hospitality or another role where you've discovered that you're good with people.
You'll probably enjoy this role if you are:
- Naturally confident and comfortable talking to new people
- Friendly, genuine and good at building rapport
- Ambitious and keen to develop
- Motivated by achieving results and increasing your earnings
