Abacus Employment are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic bar staff to join our team for busy and exciting racecourse events. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where delivering excellent service is key. You’ll be part of a vibrant atmosphere, serving large crowds during race days and special events.
This will be temporary adhoc weekend days. Experience needed
Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Providing excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
Skills
- Previous experience working in a busy bar environment is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and event days
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
