Abacus Employment are seeking a proactive and customer focused Client Services Executive to support dealer networks and business development activities. This role is central to delivering high quality service, strengthening partner relationships, and driving commercial growth through effective support and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing timely and accurate support to dealer partners
- Take ownership of dealer queries and resolve issues end to end, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Support Business Development Managers with administrative tasks and dealer engagement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services across different dealer tiers
- Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems
- Deliver training to dealers on internal portals and tools, ensuring effective usage and adoption
- Assist with onboarding new dealers onto relevant systems and platforms
- Apply system and process knowledge to provide clear guidance and support
- Monitor dealer activity and provide insights to improve engagement and performance
- Support promotional campaigns and communications
- Prepare reports on interactions, sales activity, and system usage
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and service standards
Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday- Friday
Salary: £30,000- 31,000 – Depending on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or client support role
- Experience in a B2B or dealer support environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and online platforms is desirable
- Strong understanding of sales processes and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident delivering training and guidance to external partners
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
