Abacus are looking to recruit a Chef for a client based in Slough. Must also have experience with managing functions and Events successfully.

- 7am to 3pm
- £15 per hour

Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks and KPs
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to create a positive guest experience
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new ingredients and techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of culinary experience and kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays may be needed on ocassion
