Abacus Employment are recruiting a highly organised Sales Executive / Administrator to support our client’s executive sales team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage dealer transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure compliance with company processes while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate dealer transactions including orders, returns, warranty claims, and transfers
- Process and follow all transactions through SAP
- Conduct twice-yearly dealer stock counts via KDP and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate dealer and inventory records
- Prepare reports on transactions, returns, and stock accuracy
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
- Support process improvements and dealer experience initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales operations, order processing, or similar
- SAP experience essential
- KDP experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with dealers and internal teams
- Good Excel and reporting skills
