Abacus Employment Services are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join the busy Newbury team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities and a desire to learn and succeed.

  • Duties will include the following:
  • Answering phones and dealing with queries
  • Payroll administration
  • Advertising roles and liaising with applicants
  • Updating reports
  • Resourcing candidates and ensuring all registrations are fully compliant
  • General admin duties

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.  The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and strong PC skills.

Whilst previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, full training will be provided.
